General Manager
Gabriela is the General Manager at Palmer Roofing with over 11 years of roofing industry experience and a passion for building strong teams and sustainable success.
With a background in business administration from Central Washington University, she focuses on supporting the sales team, managing operations, and driving profitability while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Gabriela enjoys spending time with her fiancé, their 7-year-old son, and their pitbull, Emily. They love coaching their son’s Little League team, staying involved in the community, and creating family memories.
Her hands-on leadership and industry insight help Palmer Roofing continue to thrive.
Aurora Ortega
Office Manager
Aurora manages the day-to-day operations at Palmer Roofing, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
With 5 years at Palmer, she oversees administrative processes, invoicing, project contracts, and internal communications, while supporting both office staff and field crews. Aurora is often the go-to person for problem-solving and keeping everything on track behind the scenes.
Aurora and her husband, Jose, have four children—two sons (one of whom works at Palmer) and two daughters, including a recent high school graduate and proud WSU alum. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her son at soccer games, or relaxing at home.
Adelaido Bracamontes
Commercial Roofing Estimator
Adelaido brings over 20 years of roofing expertise to his role as a Commercial Estimator at Palmer Roofing.
Starting as a laborer, he advanced through the ranks, leading sheet metal and single-ply crews as a foreman before transitioning to residential and commercial sales. His deep industry knowledge and dedication to Palmer make him a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Adelaido enjoys spending time with his wife, their three daughters, and their energetic golden brownpoodle, Korra. He’s also an avid golfer and a loyal fan of Club América — never missing a match when Las Águilas take the field.
Brenda Avila
Receptionist
Brenda is the welcoming voice and friendly face at the front desk of Palmer Roofing.
As our receptionist, she handles phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries while keeping the office running smoothly. Though new to the roofing industry, Brenda brings energy and a can-do attitude to everything she does.
Originally from Oregon, Brenda has called the Tri-Cities home since 2015. Outside of work, she enjoys collecting vinyl records, shopping, and spending time with her dog Louie, a long-haired Chihuahua mix who thinks he runs the show.

Jose takes the time to guide homeowners through the roofing process, ensuring they feel informed and confident. He’s also an expert in roof repairs, bringing a calm and knowledgeable presence to every project.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children — especially when they’re cheering on his grandson at basketball, baseball, or soccer

He began his career as an installer and steadily worked his way up to foreman before transitioning into residential sales in 2016.
His exceptional work ethic and craftsmanship earned him multiple “Roofer of the Year” awards in 2003, 2005, 2006, and 2014-2015. Jose is known for his extensive industry knowledge, reliability, and commitment to quality.
Outside of roofing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, especially when it involves camping trips or firing up the grill for a good BBQ with friends and family.
Omar Valdez
Residential Roofing Estimator
Omar brings over 8 years of roofing experience and a strong commitment to customer care. Though new to Palmer Roofing, he quickly became a trusted resource for roof inspections, damage evaluations, and helping homeowners understand their options.
Omar excels in managing customer relationships, ensuring projects are completed smoothly, on time, and with clear communication.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and one-year-old daughter, most often chasing her around and soaking up the joy of parenthood. Omar and his wife are active in their church community, and in his quiet moments, he enjoys working on his lawn.
